Cool Tech Milling Aust Limited acquired the businesses known as Happy Planet™ and Z Mills™ on April 01, 2009.
Cool Tech Milling Aust Limited (CTM) was formed by the founders of Happy Planet™ and Z Mills™ as an unlisted public company to raise a limited amount of investment funds to further apply its proprietary food processing technologies as well as expand its existing production and distribution capabilities.
CTM offers shareholders an opportunity to contribute to feeding our sustainable future with the commercialisation of Z Mills™ innovative Eco Milling™ food processing technologies that deliver high value, functional and therapeutic foods to consumers via Happy Planet™
CTM's technology and business model provide social, economic, as well as ecological advantages.
